$125.00 per night plus tax.



*Please Note: Above rates include: Water, Sewer, Trash & WIFI. Daily & Weekly rates include Electric. Monthly rates are charged additionally for electric based on individual usage. Above rates are based on 4-persons & 1-vehicle, excluding the RV. All stays < 30 days are subject to City & State transient taxes.

Extra Charges:

Pet fees (max 2) = $2.00/day, $10.00/wk, $25.00/mo. per pet

Additional Vehicles (max 2)= $ 2.00/day, $10.00 wk, $25.00/mo. per vehicle.

Additional occupants (max 6)= $3.00/day, $15.00 wk, $35.00/mo. per occupant.

Dump Fee = $15.00, Water Fee = $5.00

Site Clean Fee (if site is left a mess after vacating or dog feces is present) = $25.00

Reservation Cancellation Fees:

One night stay ($35.00) will be charged to your card for any cancellations made less than 72 hours (3 days) prior to reservation arrival date!! No Exceptions!!

Holiday rates:

20% increase in daily rate only and a 2-night minimum stay is required.Holiday rates apply to the following holidays: NYE, President’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas.

Deposits:

First night ($35.00) deposit is required to reserve your daily, weekly or monthly reservations. Deposit is fully refundable if notified at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance.

We recommend all cancellations be made by EMAIL. For cancellations made less than 72 hours (3 days) from original reservation arrival date, client will be charged one (1) night stay.

Check-out= by 11:00am

The above specials apply to “new” homes being shipped into the community by new tenants only. This offer does not apply to existing mobile homes or tenants who currently reside in the community and have existing lease or rental agreements in place. All new tenants must be approved by management prior to moving into the community. All new and late model homes must be approved by management prior to being shipped into community.
